Are all items authentic?

Yes. All items listed on EDIT8 COLLECTIVE are authenticated prior to listing.

Authentication is conducted using brand-specific checks, reference materials, and, where appropriate, third-party authentication services. Items that cannot be authenticated with confidence are not listed.

 

How do you authenticate items?

All items listed on EDIT8 COLLECTIVE are carefully assessed for authenticity prior to being offered for sale.

Each piece undergoes a structured review process, which may include detailed visual inspection, brand-specific checks, and comparison against trusted reference materials. Where appropriate, third-party authentication services may also be utilised as part of a layered verification approach.

Items are not listed unless they can be authenticated with sufficient confidence. If an item cannot be confirmed as authentic, it is not offered for sale.

What condition are the items in?

EDIT8 COLLECTIVE specialises in new, pre-owned, vintage, and collectible pieces.

Each item is assessed individually and assigned a condition category. Any signs of wear, age-related characteristics, or imperfections are clearly described and photographed in the listing. Please review descriptions and images carefully prior to purchase.

 

Do items come with original packaging or accessories?

Inclusions such as dust bags, boxes, receipts, or authentication documentation are listed exactly as provided for each item.

Only inclusions explicitly stated in the product listing are included with your purchase.

 

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

No. Due to the nature of luxury resale, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Returns are considered only where an item:

  • Is not as described
  • Has an undisclosed material fault
  • Has a substantiated authenticity concern
  • All returns are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

All shipments include tracking, and signature on delivery is required for high-value items.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on carrier conditions.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, EDIT8 COLLECTIVE ships within Australia only. However, we welcome requests and enquiries from our international customers and will accommodate where possible.

 

Can I place an item on hold or reserve it?

Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
We do not offer holds or reservations unless expressly stated.

 

Do you offer payment plans or lay-by?

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
At this time, lay-by or manual payment plans are not offered outside of approved payment providers.

 

Are you affiliated with the brands you sell?

No. EDIT8 COLLECTIVE is an independent luxury resale business.

All brand names and trademarks are used strictly for identification purposes. EDIT8 COLLECTIVE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any brand featured.
