SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated (e.g., during high-volume drop periods).

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Tracking is provided for shipped orders.

International shipping options (if enabled at checkout) will display rates and estimated delivery timeframes.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges applied by the destination country.

Tracking is provided for shipped orders. For high-value orders, we may require signature on delivery and/or additional shipping protection.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Risk passes to you once the parcel is handed to the carrier, subject to any non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law.
