Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from confirmation of payment, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery. Signature on delivery is required for high-value items.

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship within Australia. For our international customers, send us an email with your enquiry or request.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, shipping timeframes may vary due to carrier conditions. Any known delays will be communicated promptly.

 

Returns & Refunds

EDIT8 COLLECTIVE operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Due to the nature of luxury, pre-owned, and vintage items, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Returns may be considered only where:

  • An item is not as described
  • A material fault was not disclosed
  • An authenticity concern is substantiated

All items are carefully inspected, authenticated, and documented prior to listing. Condition, wear, and inclusions are clearly disclosed.

If you believe your item meets the criteria for a return, please contact us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs and details of the concern.

Each request is assessed individually and in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

All items sold by EDIT8 COLLECTIVE are authenticated and assessed prior to listing.
Condition descriptions reflect the age and nature of each piece and are provided to ensure transparency and informed purchasing.
