About EDIT8 COLLECTIVE

EDIT8 COLLECTIVE is an independent luxury resale business based in Australia.

We specialise in authenticated new, pre-owned, vintage, and collectible luxury items.

All brand names and trademarks are used strictly for identification purposes only. EDIT8 COLLECTIVE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any brand featured.

 

Product Listings

All items are described as accurately as possible, including condition, wear, and inclusions.

Due to the nature of luxury resale and vintage items:

  • Minor imperfections or signs of wear may be present
  • Age-related characteristics are not considered faults where disclosed

Customers are responsible for reviewing all descriptions and images prior to purchase.

 

Authenticity

All items sold by EDIT8 COLLECTIVE are authenticated prior to listing.

Authentication is conducted using brand-specific methods and reference materials, and may include third-party authentication services where appropriate.

While absolute certainty cannot be guaranteed in the resale market, EDIT8 COLLECTIVE operates with a conservative, evidence-based approach and does not list items unless authenticity confidence is high.

 

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

Pricing reflects market value, condition, rarity, and demand.
Prices are subject to change prior to purchase but will not change once an order is confirmed.

 

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

EDIT8 COLLECTIVE reserves the right to:

  • Cancel an order where payment cannot be verified
  • Decline orders flagged as high risk
  • Correct genuine errors in pricing or descriptions prior to dispatch

 

Shipping

Shipping is currently available within Australia only.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Tracking is provided for all shipments, and signature on delivery is required for high-value items.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier conditions.

 

Returns & Refunds

EDIT8 COLLECTIVE complies fully with Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Returns may be considered only where:

  • An item is not as described
  • A material fault was not disclosed
  • An authenticity concern is substantiated

All return requests must be submitted in writing and are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EDIT8 COLLECTIVE is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Delays caused by third-party carriers
  • Wear or damage occurring after delivery

Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided under Australian Consumer Law

 

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, imagery, branding, and layout, is the property of EDIT8 COLLECTIVE and may not be reproduced without permission.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for identification.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
